- Review the updated Covenants, Amendments, and Community Wide Standards documents on the Community Documents page of this website.
- Download and fill out the attached ARC form below.
- Submit completed form to our Property Manager at [email protected].
- The ARC committee will review the request with the Property Manager and make a determination based on the Covenants and Community Standards.
- The Property Manager will share the outcome with the resident.
- As a reminder, certain improvements may require a permit application with the City of Greer. Please visit the city's Building & Development Standards (Residential Construction) page for further details.
