Architectural Review

Below is the process and form for submitting an Architectural Review Change (ARC) request process. To learn more about the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) please visit our Committees page

  • Review the updated Covenants, Amendments, and Community Wide Standards documents on the Community Documents page of this website. 
  • Download and fill out the attached ARC form below.
  • Submit completed form to our Property Manager at [email protected].
  • The ARC committee will review the request with the Property Manager and make a determination based on the Covenants and Community Standards.
  • The Property Manager will share the outcome with the resident.
  • As a reminder, certain improvements may require a permit application with the City of Greer. Please visit the city's Building & Development Standards (Residential Construction) page for further details.
