Meeting Minutes
Our most recent annual HOA meeting was held at the Pelham-Batesville Fire Department Station 1 on November 5, 2025.
The next annual meeting/election will take place in the Fall of 2026. Our property manager will send a notice via mail to your address they have on file. Additionally, we will post an announcement on our Facebook page, this website, and place signage at the front entrance notifying members of the date, time, and location.
