Q: Who can access the pool?
A: Homeowners/residents (and their guests) who are in good standing with the community association.

Q. What does "in good standing" mean?
A. In good standing means Members who are current in the payment of dues and assessments and are in compliance with the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and Rules and Regulations.

Q: When is the pool open?
A: For the 2024 season, the pool will be open 5/4/24 - 9/8/24. Hours of operation are from 10:00am - 9:00pm.

Q: How do I get a key card to access the pool?
A: New homeowners should receive their key card from the prior owner. The property manager informs the closing attorneys that the key card should be turned over at the sale. Q: My key card isn’t working, what do I do?
A: Please get in touch with the property manager to ensure your account is in good standing. If your account is in good standing, and there is a technical issue with the card or the system, it will be replaced at no cost. If your account is not in good standing, you will need to resolve the pending matter before the card access can be restored.

Q. I lost my key card, what do I do?
A. Please get in touch with our property manager for a replacement. Replacement key cards are available members in good standing at a cost of $25. This price will be revisited when the association upgrades our security system.
